To keep your plates in top condition, we recommend always pairing the 10 lb and 15 lb plates with heavier ones during lifts as they are not intended to be used on their own. 

These lighter plates share the full-size diameter of heavier plates but are intentionally thinner and more flexible. Using them alongside heavier plates helps distribute the load properly and protects their long-term durability.
