Quality Control Procedure
Preproduction Sample Approval
Before production starts , our team will require the preproduction sample sent to customers for approval.
SIC and quality standard confirmed
SIC is the document to define the important element of a product , it includes the size , weight, color , function, packaging etc
Inline checking
Our work shop managers and workers will do the checkings as per approved samples and SIC on the production line while workers are manufacturing for the goods.
Random checking based on SIC
Once the production is finished and goods are packed, our QC department will do the random checking as per AQL inetrnational standard and judge if the goods can reach to the standard.
Issue inspection report
The QC report is issued for customer's review and approval before the shipment is allowed
